Motofil has a wide range of robotic welding solutions. For this project, we developed two HS/TS positioners and add two welding robots based on a translation track. To this cell was also added a set of customized pneumatic jigs, according to the customer's needs. Each positioner can handle 5000kg and allows a rotation diameter of 1800mm. The solution is prepared for tubes with different lengths, up to a maximum of 1500mm.
