PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Project developed for a client (Austria), which consisted of the development of a robotic cell for the production of multiple parts references. In a work area of only 21m2, punching, drilling, stud welding and fixing are possible. In all processes, the feeding system is automatic. The cell also includes a vision system for quality control of parts. The total cycle time (covering all processes) is 150 seconds.
