Motofil's fixed roller beds are the basic and economic solution for the positioning of different cylindrical structures (like blades, tubes, pipes...). This equipment can be use to assist other processes like SAW or MIG/MAG welding, painting and assembly.
To increase the efficiency of the equipment we can add some rails to the roller beds to facilitate their movement in floor space.
The rotation of the structures is driven by AC engines of variable speed. The adaptation to the diameter can be easily made through manual our motorized movable components.
We are able to produce fixed roller beds with load capacity up to 250Ton.
